“I was willing to give this podcast a chance as I share a lot of the same viewpoints as the hosts. I will stop listening though after the “Shipping” episode. I found the two hosts extremely rude to the guest, belittling her opinions. In contrast, she showed nothing but respect to the ships the hosts were advocates of. I get that not everyone will agree with everyone else’s opinions, but the flippant way in which they dismissed her opinions was enraging. The hosts call themselves “geeks” but then are dismissive and condescending towards fan culture such as fanfiction. Overall rude hosts that come across as pompous.”
