Please get Ms. Hudson a vocal coach
I greatly enjoy the variety, depth, and detail of all things Aerospace covered by Check 6. However, Pentagon Editor Lee Hudson speaks with such severe up-talking and vocal fry it makes my teeth hurt. I suspect she is unaware of how grating her voice is, and it could be corrected with a little effort. I am very interested in what she has to say, but the way she says it feels like a fork on a chalkboard. I have read that up-talk is a means of softening tone and seeming inclusive, but when conveying technical information, it make the speaker seem unsure, and so what they say becomes unreliable, which is counter-productive for a journalist.

I like most of the episodes for there detailed insights, but the audio quality is really poor - why not use decent equipment (sounds like recording is over the phone - 2020!) like decent headsets, studio link and post-process using Auphonic?

Some interesting insight into the industry with guest and regular contributors. On occasion it can get uninteresting to the point that only industry experts would take something out of it. If I had to make one request it would be to please improve your sound/recording quality. It is atrocious!

That about sums it up. Others have elaborated already.
