Too much rambling
I was excited to find a podcast that openly discusses the benefits and therapeutic use of psychedelics. There’s a lot of interesting information here, but the host and some of the guests are extremely long winded. The host is constantly interrupting his guests to talk about himself, which contradicts the philosophy he’s trying to promote. Lots of repetition and rambling, and I had a very hard time staying focused. I wish the episodes were edited down to an hour, at most. Also, some of the info seems too far fetched. I’ve been a healthcare provider for 30 years and completely believe that psychedelics have the ability to help with depression and psychological issues, but I have a hard time believing they can heal things like scoliosis. The host seems convinced this is a magic cure-all for everything, and I think that’s being overly optimistic and narrow minded.

Thank you for this podcast, I’m learning a lot and feel deeply validated and connected. I’ve never taken ayahuasca medicine but this is about so much more and shows the connections between all spiritual traditions.

I stopped pharmaceutical meds about 6 years ago & never looked back. Since then I’ve been extremely interested in these plant medicines but...Read full review »
