Description
In this week's episode, we are sitting down with Monika Rad. Monika is Mama to Luka, and pregnant with her second little babe. She is a psychology graduate and former Miss Universe Australia. In today's episode, we discuss Monika’s upbringing, which involved fleeing from war-torn Bosnia and landing in Australia as a refugee. Monika and her family spoke no English and came to Australia with no money or belongings in search of a better life. We discuss Monika's pregnancy and birth, which is an incredible tale. An undiagnosed breech baby, that resulted in an immediate transfer (from a planned homebirth) to the hospital due to a footling breech presentation. This episode is sponsored by Ecostore.
