When I first started this podcast I was unsure how long I would last as it seemed the hosts were so focused on how Babylon 5 was Star Trek instead of appreciating the series for what it was at the time…Groundbreaking storytelling with compelling characters and lines that I still quote today. As a OG TNG fan I was hesitant back in the 90s to watch this but so glad I did as 30 years later this is one of my favourite stories of all time.
I was surprised that they understood B5 as soon as they did and I am enjoying the insight into the show from fresh eyes. I laugh when you get it wrong and yell when you get it right. I’m so excited for what is ahead of you and can’t wait for your reactions to some of the best story twists and turns of all time.
I highly recommend a rewatch when you finish and also reading JMS’s biography.
