I like the recaps but…somethings off
I love the recaps of the episode but idk somethings changed. I listened to and loved Christi’s couch before this is seemed like Christi was doing a lot of growth and genuinely remorseful for past behaviours etc and growing more tolerant and empathetic of people. Maybe that was just an act? I noticed at the beginning of the podcast she was more calling Kelly out for comments, or being like apologetic about how she had behaved then etc. But now since being reconnected with Kelly on air and the podcast being in full swing it seems like she’s regressed to full mean girl. They’re constantly body shaming people (not even related to the podcast or episode) or each other, and saying how hilarious they are…?? Instead of deconstructing and being apologetic for things now. They seem to just keep excusing it. And then they turn around and say they don’t care how horrible they are being. Both of them say ‘oh Abbey gave our girls EDs and body issues’ meanwhile they are constantly fat/body shaming themselves and other people and who do you think kids look to? if our beautiful moms think that of themselves what must they think of us?! My mom is the same way and that’s what gave me my own issues. Idk. I used to like listening and now I feel like I’m listening to high school bullies.

Great show and podcast. Sad to hear how traumatised the cast was from the experience
