Late 90s to Early 2000s was considered as the golden age of RPGs, especially JRPGs. Alala natin, punong puno ang Playstation 1 at lalo na ang Playstation 2 ng mga magagandang games sa genre na to. A few generations forward, medyo naovershadow ng mga narrative games ang JRPG genre. Patay na nga ba ang JRPGs? Syempre hindi. May mga kilala tayong modern gen na JRPGs na panay gamit pa din ang Turn Based formula, tulad ng Persona 5.
Last time, pinag usapan natin ang I am Setsuna, pero this time, pag usapan naman natin ang isang JRPG na hindi gawa ng mga Japanese.
