Fantastic! Entertaining and insightful
Imagine sitting in your favorite diner, coffee shop, or pub with three of your best buddies (who happen to be fantastic history teachers), a few experts on a particular historical topic, and several ordinary folks with great questions to ask. That’s the feel of BackStory. It’s a great conversation, full of humor yet packed with information and rich with insight. I love being surprised by new angles on each topic. The History Guys interview people from many different cultural and political backgrounds, proving that it’s possible to disagree—even about very deep issues—in a respectful, friendly way. Fabulous for people who are already excited about history, and even better for those who aren’t (yet) excited at all!
