“Though the hosts (who I love) are a generation or two older than I am, I love this podcast and I love hearing about the YA books they’ve chosen. As an avid reader since I could even hold a book, I know that YA lit was crucial in shaping my emotional & literary world as a preteen & beyond!! Listening to this podcast has reminded me how much YA literature have to my love of reading now. I’m now a senior in college and an English lit major (and LOVE it) and I think it has to do with the foundation of YA books I read as a young adult.
Thanks Grace and Rebecca for making this podcast full of fun, books, advice, great products, and laughs. I feel like these girls are my big sisters. Also, don’t be afraid to listen even if you aren’t reading the books with them. I haven’t yet, but even listening about books is a way to think critically and enjoy.
All writing is worth reading, if you can have stimulating conversations about it!! YA podcast reminds me of that when I’ve had enough renaissance lit in my English classes :)”
