Inspiring!
This podcast is really special to me. Throughout my childhood, I was a voracious reader. As I got older, things got in the way and reading fell to the back burner. When I did try to read, I’d often pick the nonfiction choices that I felt like I “had” to read. I would get bored, get frustrated, and quit. Cue March 2020. I had been a listener of the podcast pre-pandemic, but Grace and Becca’s reviews and recs inspired me to try reading again. I had pretty isolated up until recently as I am a critical care nurse practitioner who cares almost exclusively for COVID and COVID lung transplant patients and I did not want to spread Covid to my circle of friends/family or my vulnerable patients. Reading has been a joyful and peaceful release during an otherwise depressing time. I now read several books a week. I love Becca and Grace’s simple advice of reading what you love! Thank you ladies for getting my back into reading during this difficult time in the world. ❤️

Listening is like hanging out with two really cool new friends. The book recommendations are great, the products awesome. I now relax under a gravity blanket and am owning my love of YA books.

I’ve listened to a few of their podcasts. I can’t tell you how I adore these two women. I’m older than them. I find them very wise. I find them really funny. I find them kind. They work really hard on this. Love them!
