Solid, but could be more concise
I’m from the area originally and aware of this odd crime spree. It’s interesting to listen to a podcast on it. Episode 3 could have been half the length and delivered the same information/narrative, though - we don’t need narration to say word for word the same things interviewees say multiple times. How many people do you need to say they were good people over and over again? Too repetitive- cut some of the fat for a tighter episode to keep us on board! But interesting work in general, not too over produced, clean sound design.

More reviews of Back to Bardstown
This guy in first episode has no clue. Nothing has said anything about a long range assault rifle. Also, Jason was not the “newest officer” on the force. Lol

Lots of butchered English, sloppy metaphors, vocal fry and a podcast desperately in need of an editor. Maybe there’s a compelling story here but there’s too many unnecessary distractions to find it.

I’ve lived with a 15-30 minute drive from these murders and it’s becoming heartbreaking. I cannot believe someone besides the murdered doesn’t know what happened. These families need closure.
