With the conference only schedule there aren’t as many blow out games where teams can get younger guys in game reps. Except for the elite teams such as Alabama, Clemson, etc. who have still blown out conference foes and been able to play younger guys in the 4th quarter in about half the games. How does this translate going into the next year or two? Is this a situation where the rich get richer and widens the gap between the elite and the good teams in college football?
