I think NIL and immediate transferability could help relieve the death grip from the top schools, but what are some other (realistic or not) rule ideas to help increase parity in the sport. Scholarship caps on playoff teams, the NCAA creating a rule where your 247 class score must be less than or equal to 250, or even a college football draft?”
