Great show for explaining the ins and outs of college football on and off the field. No better podcast for understanding why winning programs win and losers lose. Mailbag question: as a BC fan, Jeff Hafley has me as excited as I’ve been since Matt Ryan left campus. Between seeing the defense improve dramatically, as well as building out the off field staff, and hiring promising assistants I see things moving in the right direction. Recruiting is picking up, especially some of the early things I’m seeing and hearing about 2022. My question is how much progress is possible for a program like BC? Our last period of relative success feels like such a different era in college football, but I’ve never seen the level of commitment from the school that I am seeing now. Obviously being in the Atlantic division caps things, but is hoping for 8 or 9 wins a year reasonable?
