In 2021 he was released by the Orioles, and designated for assignment by the Rays later that same season. But now Phillips is one of the game's best closers on one of the game's best teams. Evan sits down with Bradfo to talk about his path, his current existence, the idea of him becoming an All-Star and, of course, some power ranking of MLB bullpens.
