You know, this is one thing that rarely gets the attention that it should, self-love. Sometimes demands of one sort or the other are placed on us but we can hardly meet up because we have not practiced self-love or to put in another way, we don't love ourselves. Of course, that's what self-love is.  For what it's worth, you cannot give what you don't have. Lucille Ball said "Love yourself first and everything else falls into line.
