Description
In this episode we hear from Carly Hancock, a teacher on the Bachelor of Community Services, about language and violence. Carly speaks from her extensive experience in child protection, working with mental health, complex trauma and domestic violence. This podcast discusses the language used by the media, the legal system, practitioners and the general public to represent the actions of people who choose to use violence and those who experience violence.
