“In the first 5 minutes of listening to Jones’ podcast I heard her make a few outrageous claims and outright factual inaccuracies. I feel bad for the people who are listening to Jones’ advice. Her website and podcasts cross the line into what is legal advice and what is educational. I won’t be surprised if the SEC shuts down her site.”
