I’m so grateful to have been introduced to your podcast. The part that has stood out the most to me is the change in the daily affirmations. I have applied affirmations in the past, but find that I blow through them without really placing an emotion to them, only that I want what I want. By incorporating the truths in-between, it makes it more realistic and obtainable. I started with episode number 1 and would listen to each episode as I was driving to work. It took only 1 month to reach the end of the play list (#70 at the time of this review). I couldn’t get enough. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion with all of us.
