208: A Candid Conversation With Ambrosia's Burleigh Drummond
Listen now
Description
On this edition of Beats and Eats host Ty Ray welcomes Ambrosia drummer Burleigh Drummond into the virtual lounge.  Drummond chats about the band's nearly 50-year history.  The two discuss Ambrosia's Grammy-nominated success that included the iconic songs "How Much I Feel," "You're The Only Woman," and "Biggest Part Of Me." In addition, Burleigh opens up about why Ambrosia went their separate ways in the early 80's only to reform, make music and continue touring. It's a fun interview with an original member of a band that helped define the sound of the late 70's and early 80's.  For more information on Ambrosia check out their website at ambrosialive.net or follow them on Twitter at @ambrosiaband.  You can check out Beats and Eats on Twitter @beatneats, @coug88, or @clns_nick.  The website is www.beatsandeats.net.
