“This is a show I probably would have skipped right over if I had not been told about it and that would have been a shame that I gratefully avoided. When we think of web shows we often thing of very focused content that doesn't actually have the production value of something shown on TV. This show is not one of those web shows. The cinematography, motion graphics, editing and both audio and music are all exceptional, so much so that they quickly fade away as Tony guides us into the beautiful places his show centers on. The narration is always well researched, well written, informative and perfect in length and detail to inform us about the place while never going too long and starting to lose my interest. Perhaps though, it is in what isn't said that sets Beautiful Places apart, when the music fades and the narration stops we are brought deep into the peace and majesty of the places Tony so wonderfully shoots before slowly pulling us back out with an appropriate quotation of matching elegance. Truly, Tony outdoes himself with each and every new episode and they are one the most peaceful experiences I find short of visiting these places myself.”
