“Over the past few years I have listened to and followed probably half a dozen wine related podcasts. I came across this Bedrock podcast because it was mentioned in the Fall Release email from Bedrock. So far, I have only listened to the episode with Mike Officer of Carlisle and the episode with Amy and Peter of Holus Bolus/The Joy Fantastic. Both were excellent - in fact - outstanding! We are members at Bedrock, so all of this insight is fascinating and elucidating. We are members at Carlisle - same deal! We will most definitely be stopping in to taste and meet at Holus Bolus in the very near future!! I have always appreciated the writing in Bedrock release notes. It always does a great job of conveying the sense of the wine being discussed. That same ethos underlies this podcast. Can’t wait to hear more episodes!!
