Living Well with Lloyd Ashley I sat down with Lloyd Ashley, now has 150 caps for the Ospreys.  Talent Lloyd was dropped at Aged 16 by Wales Rugby , Next stop was Bridgend College , he set some Goals and its all went to plan Captained Wales 18s, Played 20s and has been in the professional game ever since. We talk about a 93-0 loss to New Zealand at the World Cup, the superstars he faced that day and where they are now. 13 from the 15 players ended up going to earn full caps for the All Blacks A ACL Injury had him questioning himself  if he would ever lace the boots again. But he says it was one of the best thing that ever happened. He realised he needed to take in every moment and how quick it can all be taken away. Outside of the game Lloyd has his business breaking down the stigma of Mental Health - Living Well with Lloyd Ashley. We talk about mental health in depth, how to approach it and what Lloyds aim is moving forward with the business.
