EP 4 - I catch up with Ben John AKA The Rugby Trainer. Ben a talented sportsman, got Picked up as an Academy Rugby player by the Ospreys at just aged 16. Playing club Rugby for his Local town and Semi Professional at Aberavon. Ben made his mark at the Ospreys playing close to 80 Games by the time he was 26. At the age of 26 he unfortunately had to hang up the boots due to a number of concussions.
