I caught up with the OL of What A LAD James Marshall - James is an Ex professional Rugby Union player, who's now putting together some of the best content in the podcasting game after having to hang the boots up at age 32. James takes us through his journey from the start. A young lad in rugby heaven  NZ who was always told he was too small. He talks about the pathway he took to the top from a school boy,  all the way to earning a contract at one of the worlds biggest Clubs, The Hurricanes. A Pathway that wasn't too easy but 100% worth it.  We talk about his time overseas in England and Japan.
