I sat down Isaac John, also known as Ice, A young boy from NZ who was signed with Parramatta Eels from the age of 13 and went on to play first Grade NRL and represent NZ. I talk with Ice about his transition from the NRL into running the successful business of YKTR (You Know The Rules). We talk about what he has taken from sport and incorporated into his business environment and how he manages his growing team. We discuss the culture he has in the office and the importance of building a community and brand. We talk about the all blacks and how different they are too other athletes. His knowledge has grown so much through networking and constantly learning. He now helps so many other rugby union and league to grow their personal brand.
