Description
Ian works with the players at South Sydney Rabbitohs, which is one of the NRLs biggest club, is owned by Russel Crowe and will be coached by Wayne Bennett next season. Ian chats about how he helps players off the field, so that they can perform on it. We chat about identity and how this can positively or negatively affect players, how different players prepare differently for games and tools that can help you be at your best to perform. Before moving to the NRL Ian worked with gaelic footballs in Ireland through the GPA. We chat about his time there, the differences between working with GAA and NRL players, and how he got his break with the Rabbitohs.
