We’ve wrapped up our rewatch of season 1 of The Office! Now it’s time to wrap a bow around it with our Bingies recap episode. I’ll review each episode from season 1, give out my bingies for favorite episode, character, theme, and also share what I didn’t like as well as some well taken listener responses.

On this episode I'm joined by pod-friend Juliana who's been a staple in the Harry Potter and fantasy book community for years. You may be familiar with her work from Mugglenet, Into the Fold, Puffcast, Speakbeasty, and about 100 other projects, panels, etc. We spent about an hour discussing the Fantasic Beasts series with the goal of answering: Was Fantastic Beasts THAT bad? Or just not what you expected?   Find Juliana: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jellyanna_runs/ Into the Fold:...

It’s another episode rewatch of SOA season 1, episode 7: Old Bones! In this one, secrets are buried with the bodies... Seriously. A lot of club history and secrets being dug up. Some very inappropriate urination takes place. Also, Jax stabs a car and throws a federal agent through a window!

I was thinking about Harry Potter spin-offs and I was thinking about the new upcoming TV show on Max. I know many people wanted new content. So that led me to thinking about how the new series could launch new spin-off shows. And what if I could decide what those were? And how they got launched? And what if they were all BACKDOOR PILOTS?!? And then I hit record...

In this SOA topic episode, I’m sharing 2 stories I recently became aware of that will make Jax Teller feel more REAL!

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is the BEST movie, but the WORST adaptation. By the end of this episode, you’ll agree with me. Or you won’t.. Either way, it was fun to explore!

We get our first glimpse of Jax as a leader of SAMCRO in AK-51. Not so much by choice, but my necessity.

Did Dumbledore create the hookah object we saw Grindlewald use in Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindlewald? What about that instant replay magic we saw Newt use in the same move? Have we seen that before? My answers are yes - and I’ll explain as I’m sharing these theories and discussing them with myself -- and you.

Giving back is a big Opie episode! We find out why Opie was in prison and who in the club let him down when an ex-member comes to see his son’s band play at Gemma’s town fundraiser. Fitting for a July 4th release, Opie is in charge of fireworks! Clay and the rest of the club are protecting a friend of Otto’s who has a ”nervous tick kind of thing.” The payoff might not be big enough for what comes along with Chucky!

Michael lets a ”hot girl” use the conference room to sell purses. The running joke is that she’s a ”hotter version of Pam.” She has all the men (especially Michael) in a tizzy. Ultimately, Jim swoops in and lands the date, which Pam is not nearly as stoked about as she is leading on.

I thought we could take a quick break from the chapter episodes and tackle a current events topic: The upcoming Harry Potter TV series.

TRIGGER WARNING: SEXUAL ASSAULT Funtown is not a particularly fun episode topic. It begins with a light-hearted trip to a small town carnival, which gets heavy quickly. The rest of the episode consists of our boys in SAMCRO tracking down the sick individual who committed the crime. Once they find him, they remove his ability to do any such acts again.

Dwight is the star of the Alliance episode. In the face of looming downsizing, Dwight asks Jim to form an alliance. Jim doesn’t know what this means, but takes this as a sign from whatever higher power he believes in and runs with it.

The Seeds is a funny episode really! It's full of mini side missions. Tig's past relations are brought into question, leading to a side mission to avoid an unfortunate discovery of his DNA that would put SAMCRO at jeopardy. Jax convinces a crow eater to take one for the team and may have contributed to a man being stabbed in the head with an axe??? Clay runs his own side mission with Opie tagging along for a protection run that doesn't go as planned, unless you meant Clay's plan. Abel is...

Dwight Schrute is the star of the Healthcare episode. When Michael Scott is told he must pick a new, cheaper Healthcare plan for the employees of Dunder Mifflin Scranton branch, he knows it won't be received well. So, he does what Michael does when he has to do something he knows people won't like... he delegates.   On Jim's suggestion, he puts Dwight on the task and he's more than happy to be given this responsibility. Shenanigans follow including fake diseases, serious HIPAA violations, and...

Welcome to Belated Binge: Sons of Anarchy! This might be my favorite television show of all time! At least a drama. So I'm stoked to get started!   In this first pilot episode we're introduced to the Sons of Anarchy motorcycle club (SAMCRO). Our main character Jax Teller, the Vice President (VP) of the club. Clay Morrow, Opie Whinston, Bobby Elvis, Tig, Juice, Half Sack, Chibs, and not to mention our head woman in charge Gemma Teller and the ladies of Jax's past, present and future Tara and...
