Vital for everyone's health!
I love these podcasts. This man is soley repsonsible (as well as my husband who introduced me to these podcasts) for peaking my interest in health and nutrition to the point where I have started to study nutrition myself. I am motivated by his enthusiasm and knowledge. I really like Anna and the guests who are always just as well informed and easy to listen to. I would recommend these podcasts to anyone and everyone, especially those of you who are serious about making a change.
