It was from Ben’s show that I learnt all of the foundational knowledge of nutrition, training, fat-loss and muscle building that I know and apply now. Ben and Tom’s more recent shows range from engaging, fascinating and inspiring to down-right hilarious. The topics the show covers are extensive and all-encompassing.
