Liz Covart does a terrific job choosing guests of varying backgrounds and interests. She speaks with authors, but also interviews transcribers of important historical documents, directors and curators of well known libraries, museums, historical homes and gardens! History buffs, history teachers, and budding historians will all enjoy BFW podcasts.

I’m still a "newby" to BF’sW, but I appreciate esp. that Liz doesn’t limit her choice of reporting guests to men only, or men-favored (like some certain related early American podcasts tend to do).
