Lee Thurburn received a BBA in Accounting from UT Arlington in 1982 and an MBA in International Business, also from UT Arlington, in 1992. He received his CPA certification in 1984. He is the author of "Modern Optometry for the 90's: A practice Management Guide" (1987) and of "Mexico, the New Land of Opportunity: A Guide to doing Business in Mexico" (1992). Lee started a dial up internet service provider named Flash.net in 1995 and completed an IPO on the NASDAQ for Flash.net on March 16, 1999. The company was sold to Prodigy / SW Bell in October of 1999. Since that time Mr. Thurburn has started a number of small businesses. Lee's current project is a SAAS software company named Apricot Rocket (http://apricotrocket.com) which is a combination CRM, Leads Program, Shopping Cart, and Marketing Automation system.
