His leadership and forward-thinking innovation has helped Caliber to emerge as a full-service real estate investment firm with a private equity portfolio valued at $300 Million in assets under management across 5 states and 700 employees. The Company has been named as a 4-year recipient of Inc. 500/5000 Fastest Growing Companies. Loeffler is actively involved in Arizona’s civic/government/business community sharing insight into ways businesses can raise capital using Regulation A+. He’s been a featured speaker on this topic for Maricopa County Association of Governments, City of Scottsdale Economic Development, Sun Corridor Joint Planning Session etc. Loeffler has been honored as Phoenix Business Journal’s 2017 40 Under 40, LODGING Magazine’s 2016 Top Hotel Innovator, 2016 Think Realty’s Commercial Investor of the Year and 2016 CRE Innovator of the Year for the Landmark Leaders from Phoenix Business Journal. He is also a member of Greater Phoenix Leadership. Loeffler began his career as an auditor for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP developing the Company’s business systems.
