Wow!
For anyone interested in nutrition or the fitness world in general, this podcast is for you. Not only is it so informative and easy to understand but I’ve actually applied things I’ve learnt to my life, such as consistently tracking my food (which I’ve never been able to stick to for as long as I’ve tried). Episode two really inspired me and had me hooked from there on out. I’ve listened to this podcast daily on my walks, which has been getting me through this iso period. I’m sadly now up to date and can’t wait to see what other episodes Beth brings out. Love your work, can’t recommend this podcast highly enough.
