I'm not saying we can't look at current events through the lens of biblical prophecy. We absolutely can. While I don't know of any Scripture that clearly says we will not forget our lives before Heaven (and "not be brought to remembrance" doesn't mean "literally can't remember"), I do find that a number of verses as well as the logic of heavenly worship seem to imply we will remember.
