Peter Townsend came from a successful, loving family on the west coast of Ireland but from a very young age he got caught up in a life of crime and substance addiction, and has spent time in 9 different prisons in Ireland and the UK. After hitting rock bottom on the streets of London, Peter decided to move home and turn his life around.
