“I thought this would be my new favorite podcast since it combines my two loves--finance and real estate. So disappointing. Mindy completely takes over the show even when the guests are incredible and could stand alone. Her enthusiasm comes across as over the top and disingenuous. Her lack of awareness of her radio presence is astounding. If she scaled back how much she talked about 75%, I think this would be a great podcast. Scott has a great grounding presence and seems to keep things on track and the guests are awesome. I just think the opportunities to talk with these guests are being squandered due to the negative aspects listed above. Bummer.”
