“I’ve been a listener for two a half years, and I am so thankful for all I’ve learned and the connections I’ve made from this podcast. It’s the perfect blend of inspiring stories, investing fundamentals, real estate strategy, and up to date information on the market. I am now an investor myself and feel very versed and educated in this topic, but BP always shares more tidbits to learn from.
Anyone who doesn’t love this podcast is just looking for someone to do the work for them. David and Rob (and Henry and formerly Brandon) provide immense value FOR FREE that is broken down in a way that meets any investor where they are. They make freedom and wealth from real estate attainable for anyone willing to take steps towards it. They have genuine interest in helping the “little guy”or “mom and pop investor” win. David is seasoned and wise and shares solid foundation-building tips in the form of impossibly perfect analogies. He focuses on basic and essential financial and personal principals that everyone should adopt in their REI journey and other facets of life. Rob is light, funny, and inviting. He’s humble, down to earth and generous with the tips he’s learned— he’s an expert without a big head.
