“This is coming from someone with moderate experience (11 doors and a few flips). Some episodes offer some great advice and interesting perspectives.
However some episodes display a lack of filtered guests and terrible advice. Claims of doors and cash flow of these guests not only line up but some of the advice and thoughts will lead to you to broke quickly. I think the show has gotten a bit stale so sometimes things are said just to be said without actual thought put in.”
