70% of Africa's urban area and cities are yet to be built, according to a world bank report. This presents entrepreneurs on the continent the opportunity to build those cities and urban areas and also with that the opportunity to build in resilience instead of being reactive. In this episode I encourage everyone to have a skunkworks department where innovation is not hindered by any bureaucracy to fully enjoy a level of autonomy.
