“The wolf tribes’s main character is the tried and tired ‘tough strong woman but extremely defiant regardless of who I’m talking to, even if it is challenging the clan chief in public with no consequences, and I don’t have what I want so I’m whiny about it. While I throw a tantrum every chance I get. Forget the betterment of the tribe and my placing helps, I WANT WHAT I WANT!! AND I EANT IT NOW!!! WAAAA’ The character is annoying everywhere you find her and is so unlikely to happen in the situations she is placed in. She’s perfect for modern times where there is no danger in defiance. But in a society where one person’s defiance means lives lost and, especially in a society where strength determines leadership, she would have been outcast or killed for being a liability. Strong women do not have to be physically capable and emotionally stunted.”
