So in love with this podcast!
Thank you so much for this podcast and creating this safe space for women and people of color. This is fundamentally changing our narrative. The only thing that’s distracting is how many times the word “like” and “and like” are used. I use the word “like” a lot as well, so I definitely get it, but it distracted me a bit from the amazing and important content and conversation that you are providing. Thank you again for sharing your voices and experiences.

More reviews of Black Girl In Om
I quit my bartending job this week to fully focus on my memoir and the first episode of season three could not be more ON POINT. I’ve just discovered this podcast and I’m hooked. Wow.

A weekly dose of inspiration, motivation, wisdom and all-around good vibes. This podcast is such a great resource. Lauren + Deun are great hosts and I love that they expose me to other women of color in the wellness space by having guests on the show.
