I cannot recommend this podcast enough
A friend of mine shared this as her Instagram story and I was hooked. At first, I was apprehensive when they spoke about religion. I am a white, queer, atheist woman who grew up in a fundamentalist baptist church where women we not allowed to speak. Naturally, I had my reservations but not only does this podcast educate me on black issues, it has also shown me that there is a good version of Christianity in the United States. I grew up hearing a lot of scripture quoted, but never practiced. Thank you so much.

More reviews of Black History for White People
Very good info and discussion but let’s hear more from People of Color on the program who have the knowledge AND lived experience.

This has been a great podcast to listen to and learn from. It’s very well done with facts, perspective and emotional content. I very much appreciate this podcast as a white person.
