Two Black Fist From Me
I really love this show. I started listening to it during the pandemic when it became part of the MAU (Melisa Auditory Universe) and I got hooked. You guys are so funny and insightful. Jonathan don’t get rid of your bits. Sometimes they’re a hit or miss but the anger that comes from James III and Jerah is pure gold which makes for a great comedy. Also James III, I don’t want you to get rid of your “insert character from another film” bit but maybe we move away from the birds. Jerah, I’m so glad you’re done with the Swirl thing but stop taking James’ bit. I liked when you did what you would do if you were in Beast, so maybe keep with that: WWJD What Would Jerah Do? I know that Jonathan and James’ wives have been on the podcast so I take it Jerah is single so I’m going to do so virtual matchmaking. I know someone who is a successful beautiful Black woman. You both yell about the same things on your respective podcast. You both are hot nerds that are into comics. And you’re both short. She got nominate for an Emmy. Don’t you want to go to the Emmy’s? When I heard Melisa talk on one of her podcast about going to see Black Adam witch someone who famously hates movies, I wondered if it were you and then I heard you on BMCJ say that you went with her so seems like you both at least get along. Why not try dating (if you’re not already)? I’m sure that I’m embarrassing Jerah and Melisa and Jonathan is probably getting secondhand embarrassment reading this but it’s worth it for Black Love. ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾 Jerah, if you’re taken, my apologies but I’m on the mission to find Melisa a good man because she brings so much joy to my life.

Great but...would be better if they stopped talking over each other soooo much. They stop each other from being able to finish there thoughts or explain things to the audience.

Really wonderful podcast with funny and smart commentary. Even though the subject matter can get a little heavy, the wit of the hosts makes it an easy listen. I recommend the “Star Wars” episode to start. I do wish the show had a chance for listeners to contribute with their thoughts, but it’s...Read full review »
