“My go-to pod for insightful and intelligent discussions related to the Birds, Boys, and the other two dumpster fire franchises in the NFC East. BLG and RJ are smart, funny, and respectful of each other despite their opposing fan perspectives. Their dynamic is a refreshing contrast in sports talk to loudmouth talking heads screaming at each other. And as a man learning to evolve past the toxic masculinity I grew up in and sometimes perpetuated, I appreciate their emotional maturity and vulnerability. It’s so great hearing R.J. publicly tell a friend that he loves him. I appreciate R.J. so much that he has done the unthinkable and made me think more of Cowboys fans, as a whole. No longer can I view them all of Yosemite Sam; they’re comprised of smart and decent lovers of football, too. That being said, BLG is right that watching Dallas once again choke in the playoffs last night was more fun than any Eagles win. I imagine that only an NFC East fanatic can understand this. And if you’re such a person, this is your podcast.”
