Rachel and Dr. Jen are both incredibly intelligent, well spoken and empathetic to the needs and feelings of all moms & dads - new and old. Their platform on Instagram, and this podcast addresses the needs that so many new moms and dads do not have met, and they provide resources to help them get the care they need. I am so glad I found their channel. They are vulnerable in having hard conversations around parenting and marriage with their own personal struggles - and are not afraid to “go there” when addressing their struggles with mental and physical health. It’s the only podcast I know that addresses the scientific reasoning for WHY we as parents feel what we do, while providing therapeutic practices to deal with those reasonings. I recommend starting from the beginning to get an introduction for each host. I especially love the episodes where they have conversations with their husbands on what they wish they had known before becoming fathers. Thank you Dr. Jen and Rachel for creating such a wonderful place for parents to tune in weekly!”
