The coffee part totally resonated with me - had received and absorbed messages (from where???) that it’s a diuretic. Relieved to find out it’s not. I’m hoping you’ll eventually cover the topic of vitamin supplements- waste of money or worthwhile? Thanks! I’ll definitely be tuning in weekly!

Really enjoyed this podcast, hugely informative. Find the music overlay during the show a real distraction, sort of cheapens and makes it hard to hear narration, otherwise a great podcast.

Fascinating stuff. A podcast that cuts through the pseudoscience to give the facts. A great presentation and one that I will be listening to in the future. Caffeine is NOT a diuretic? I’ve had doctors tell me it is! Now I know this is false.
