The coffee part totally resonated with me - had received and absorbed messages (from where???) that it’s a diuretic. Relieved to find out it’s not. I’m hoping you’ll eventually cover the topic of vitamin supplements- waste of money or worthwhile? Thanks! I’ll definitely be tuning in weekly!
