I have low blood pressure (double digits) most of the time tired and unsteady standing. My treatments include high sodium medications and hydration of 64 oz per day. Is that an overkill? Thank you

After listening to the first episode I really want to hear your take on coffee myths. Some people say it’s a cognitive enhancer while others say it kills creativity.
