Love the show!
Such an interesting show… I drink a lot of water out of habit, it’s always near me. One of the questions I had as your show progressed was if the body gets accustomed to the amount of water and you start to feel thirsty before you would normally get thirsty, (like if you drink a lot of water, will your body ask for more too soon) but that was answered by the Kidney expert! I can’t wait for your next show.

I find this show very informative, however, even Dr. Jen falls for the sponsors. I get it, she’s paid to talk about how marvelous this new sleep tracker is, for instance. Fascinating stuff. A podcast that cuts through the pseudoscience to give the facts. A great presentation and one that I will be listening to in the future. Caffeine is NOT a diuretic? I’ve had doctors tell me it is! Now I know this is false.
