Off to a terrible start
The podcast itself has potential. The premise of the show is providing sound medical insight into pop culture “medicine” (juice fasts, detoxing, etc), so I was shocked when the very first words out of the host’s mouth were to advertise a dubious “health tracking ring”. These rings are a prime example of the kind of stuff I thought the show was supposed to be debunking. Why should I trust you on anything else if the first thing you do is try to convince me to buy some sketchy health tracker? All credibility was immediately gone. If the podcast continues, I hope she finds more appropriate advertisers.

I just listened to the water episode. I am a Registered Dietitian and deal with this question nearly every day! It’s so good to hear my own recommendations (based on scientific evidence) validated!! I’m sharing this episode with my coworkers. Such a great listen!
